User Agreement and Rules Governing Your Use of hoa788 Services

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"), the following definitions shall apply:
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the hoa788 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of hoa788 Services and refrain from creating an Account. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of such amendments.
This Agreement constitutes the entire legal agreement between you and hoa788 and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to your use of our Services.
To register an Account and use hoa788 Services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria without exception:
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in our registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
You may hold only one Account with hoa788. Creating multiple Accounts (duplicate, secondary, or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein, including winnings.
hoa788 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or termination.
hoa788 Services are intended solely for Users physically located in Indonesia. Users traveling outside Indonesia may experience restricted access to certain Services or may be prohibited from placing bets while abroad. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction.
hoa788 takes underage gambling prevention seriously. All new Accounts undergo mandatory age verification before withdrawal privileges are activated. Attempting to register with false information, use another person's identity, or circumvent age verification controls constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account termination and potential legal action. If you are under 21 years of age, do not attempt to access this platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account.
You agree to notify hoa788 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any other security breach. hoa788 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security.
You must log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing hoa788 from shared or public devices.
All transactions, bets, and gaming activity conducted through your Account are deemed to have been authorized by you, whether or not such activity was actually performed by you. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your Account.
hoa788 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, cancel, suspend, or close your Account at our sole discretion if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of our platform.
hoa788 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following payment methods: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for e-wallet payments and Rp 100,000 for bank transfers. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to the limits imposed by your payment provider. Deposits are typically processed instantly and reflected in your Account balance within seconds of confirmation.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. hoa788 reserves the right to return deposits made from third-party accounts and to suspend your Account pending investigation.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a verified alternative payment method registered in your legal name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification procedures.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (08:00-16:00 WIB, Monday through Friday). Requests submitted outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. hoa788 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete account verification (KYC - Know Your Customer) by providing the documentation specified in Section 3.2. Failure to complete verification will result in withdrawal delays or cancellation.
hoa788 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement applies to both deposit funds and any associated bonuses.
hoa788 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account exhibiting unusual transaction patterns, high-value transactions, or other activity that may indicate money laundering or fraud. We may request additional documentation or impose temporary withdrawal restrictions during such investigations.
hoa788 may offer various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly displayed on the relevant promotional page at the time of the offer.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are calculated by multiplying the bonus amount by the specified multiplier (e.g., 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 1,000,000 bonus means you must place Rp 30,000,000 in qualifying bets).
Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified: slot games contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports betting contributes 100% for bets placed at minimum odds of 1.75. Bets placed on excluded games do not contribute toward wagering requirements.
Bonuses are granted at hoa788's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other benefits. Attempting to abuse or manipulate bonus offers, including creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, engaging in arbitrage betting, or employing any strategy deemed by hoa788 to be bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and may lead to Account closure.
hoa788 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if bonus terms are violated or if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was obtained fraudulently.
All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before confirmation. hoa788 will not cancel or modify bets after confirmation except in cases of obvious error (such as incorrect odds display due to technical malfunction) at our sole discretion.
Betting outcomes are determined by official results as recognized by the relevant sporting body, league, or game provider. In cases where official results are disputed or amended after initial publication, hoa788 reserves the right to settle or re-settle bets based on the final official ruling.
hoa788 reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit stake amounts, or close Accounts of Users who consistently win at levels that hoa788 deems commercially unsustainable, particularly in cases where we have reason to believe the User may have access to non-public information or is employing sophisticated advantage play techniques.
For sports betting markets, bets are settled based on the result at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified (e.g., "including overtime" or "to qualify"). For football (bandar bola) betting, Asian handicap and over/under markets are settled based on the final score including any injury time added by the referee, but excluding extra time or penalty shootouts unless explicitly stated.
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned, except in cases where the outcome has already been determined or the event is rescheduled within 48 hours and subsequently completed.
All casino games and slots operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently audited for fairness. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed in each game's information panel and represent long-term statistical averages over millions of rounds, not guarantees for individual sessions.
Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game malfunctions during play, hoa788 will make reasonable efforts to restore game state and credit any funds that were at stake. In cases where game state cannot be recovered, stakes will be refunded.
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using hoa788 Services and constitute material breach of this Agreement:
Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds including winnings, and may lead to legal action and reporting to relevant authorities.
hoa788 reserves the right to suspend your Account temporarily or permanently at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, pose a risk to the integrity of our platform, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, request withdrawals, or access your Account. hoa788 will investigate the matter and may request additional documentation from you. If the investigation concludes that you have violated this Agreement, your Account may be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance within 30 days. After this period, hoa788 reserves the right to deduct administrative fees for maintaining dormant Account balances.
If you wish to self-exclude due to gambling-related concerns, please refer to our Responsible Gaming page for self-exclusion procedures. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent exclusion and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
Upon termination of your Account, your right to use hoa788 Services immediately ceases. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in effect, including but not limited to provisions regarding intellectual property, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
hoa788 Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
hoa788 does not warrant that Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that online gaming involves inherent risks and that outcomes are determined by chance or statistical probability, not by any guaranteed formula.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hoa788 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if hoa788 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall hoa788's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your Account in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
hoa788 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or any other technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
hoa788 shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligation under this Agreement if such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or interruptions in telecommunication or internet services.
If you have any complaint or dispute regarding hoa788 Services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint in good faith.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our management team by submitting a formal written complaint detailing the nature of the dispute, relevant Account information, and desired resolution. We will investigate the matter and respond within 14 business days.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal complaint process shall be subject to the governing law and jurisdiction provisions set forth in Section 12 below.
This Agreement and any disputes arising from or related to your use of hoa788 Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to offshore gaming operators serving international markets.
By using hoa788 Services, you acknowledge and accept that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of our Services complies with all applicable laws in your location.
You irrevocably agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of our licensing jurisdiction, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
hoa788 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes to this Agreement will be communicated to Users via email notification or prominent notice on our website at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of hoa788 Services following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease using our Services and close your Account before the amendments take effect.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Agreement indicates when the most recent amendments were made. We recommend reviewing this Agreement periodically to stay informed of any changes.
